and your development opportunities will be underscored. Areas of particular importance are also illuminated.
The MTL questionnaire is composed

The Authority Responsibility Power expanding profile is designed to identify: Levels of Authority, Degrees
of Responsibility, and Perceptions of Power assumed by an individual.
A primary element of Authority is self trust.
A primary element of Responsibility is trusting
personal action and trusting others in general. The
ARPe assesses trust levels. In addition, bases of perceived power are ranked according
to individual preferences. The results will help show how well you know yourself, your willingness to assume
responsibility, and the types of power which are most desirable to you. The ARPe is most useful in determining the potential amount of power you create when
interacting with others.
How is the ARPe used?
Knowing
how you present yourself, how you respond to and create power is useful in:
- Focusing on your self-development
- Understanding others
- Leading a more productive personal life
- Charting a successful professional life
- Developing
your leadership capacities
- Creating transforming power
- Interacting more effectively
in groups
- Becoming more valuable to your community in particular and society in general.

The Enneagram is a
model of nine personality types that has evolved significantly since the late 1960s. The Breckenridge Enneagram™ is
based on the clinical-empirical work of Claudio Naranjo and rigorous psychometric analysis and empirical research. It is set
apart from other approaches to the Enneagram by a focus on a naturalistic, scientific view of personality and psychological
processes that are linked to modern advances in the neurosciences.
The formation of personality is
both: a) an inside-out process where innate, inborn tendencies predispose us to actions and interactions with others,
and b) an outside-in process where people, social structures, and our culture teach us how to see ourselves, others,
and the world. The Breckenridge Enneagram™ is a model that can help us see aspects of our personality that other models
miss. It can help us truly understand some of our innate tendencies and our adaptive responses.
The Breckenridge Institute® has developed
two new on-line assessment tools based on the Breckenridge Enneagram™ model of personality: - Breckenridge Type Indicator™ (BTI™)
- Breckenridge Relationship Indicator™ (BRI™)
