The Insights Discovery® Personal Profile is a personal development tool which gives individuals
an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others. Celebrating the uniqueness of each person, the profile illustrates how recognizing and valuing difference
can empower individuals, teams and entire organizations.
The use of four
color energies; Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue to depict the four Jungian basic types, creates a memorable
common language and framework for an organization.
Each profile includes
a Foundation Chapter which tells individuals about their; strengths, possible weaknesses, communication style, blind spots,
opposite type and suggestions for development. Other chapters available
are: Management, Personal Achievement, Effective Selling, and Interview.

The Management Competencies, Transition Skills, Leadership Potentials (MTLã)
survey is designed to assess your professional development.
Progression
from management to leadership follows a natural progression. The competencies necessary for the management
of tasks and people are quite different than the leadership potentials needed to inspire and motivate others.
There are also basic transition skills
that are necessary as you move from management to leadership. The MTL was created to determine where you
are in this progression. Your strengths will be highlighted
and your development opportunities will be underscored. Areas of particular importance are also illuminated.
The MTL questionnaire is composed
of three parts and several themes that assess different elements management and leadership.
We offer a MTL Workshop to illuminate the progression from management to

model of nine personality types that has evolved significantly since the late 1960s. The Breckenridge Enneagram™ is
based on the clinical-empirical work of Claudio Naranjo and rigorous psychometric analysis and empirical research. It is set
apart from other approaches to the Enneagram by a focus on a naturalistic, scientific view of personality and psychological
processes that are linked to modern advances in the neurosciences.
The formation of personality is
both: a) an inside-out process where innate, inborn tendencies predispose us to actions and interactions with others,
and b) an outside-in process where people, social structures, and our culture teach us how to see ourselves, others,
